WELCOME MARCH!!! So I have this thing about Spring, and when I know that it is just around the corner…I start getting all excited!!! There are so many things that I love about March…flowers budding, pristine, blue skies, the nice days and cool nights, oh and especially March Madness.
Anyway, I thought it would be a nice change of pace to share with you some neat tips that I recently found that will definitely motivate us all to do a little self improvement. Every Monday in March I will share a little ray of sunshine and this week starts with my personal favorite…health. I hope you enjoy them and find them as inspiring as I do.
-Drink plenty of water
-Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
-Eat more foods that are grown on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants
-Live with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
-Make time to pray
-Play more games
-Read more books than you did last year
-Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
-Sleep for 7 hours
-Take a 10-30 minute walk daily…and while you walk, smile
