“Baby Trey” just isn’t a baby any more.
There is an old saying that there is nothing like the bond between sisters and fortunately for me that bond is very strong, but so is the bond between brother and sister. I don’t know what I would do or be without my brother and sister?!?!? However, I have to say that when your sister allows you to be a part of the birth of her son there is a new bond born that words just can’t explain. I love this little guy just like he was my own and I still think of him as the sweet baby that used to take afternoon naps on my chest in the warmth of a fall afternoon. He has turned into an amazing young man and my monthly trips to Atlanta, and time that I get to spend with him are priceless.
