Happy Wednesday, or the day better known as
“The Day AFTER the Blizzard Blast 2011”.
I spent most of the morning shoveling my way out of the 18 inches of snow that fell overnight, and let me be the first to tell ya that P90X could take a lesson or two from that WORKOUT! Phew…it was exhausting. In the midst of this vigorous exercise, I simply stood still and looked in complete AWE at the beauty that surrounded me. After a night of howling winds, claps of thunder and flashes of lightning, everything was quite and still and for as far as my eyes could see everything was covered in the MAJESTIC beauty of powder white snow. It was unlike anything that I have ever seen or probably will ever see again in my lifetime. As the sun began to peek through the trees, the snow began to come to life. The blinding sparkle underneath the beams of light, the crunching snow underneath my boots and the drips of icicles melting in the sun were enough to remind me that there really is nothing more DIVINE than freshly fallen snow.
I hope you all had a wonderful Wednesday. This one will be a memory that I won’t soon forget.
