Minneapolis is pretty much amazing. Despite there being a few snowflakes, on May 2nd, I completely enjoyed every minute of my whirlwind introduction to this wonderful city.
My new friends, Jenny and Katie, invited me into their home and showered me with fabulous hospitably for their mentor session. I have to give them some props for not only opening up their home to me, but for putting together an exceptional day of shooting and EATING!!!
I absolutely love shooting people that I have never met and the excitement and challenge of pulling out the real essence of who they are. And I am SO aware that it can be a little nerve-wracking for some people to get in front of the camera, and that seems to be even more intimidating when additional photographers are shooting or observing, but NOT for these gorgeous models. They weren’t the least little bit intimidated by the chilly temps, the little powder falling from the sky, and even the several photographers all around. These models ROCKED my world.
