Happy Friday, and the beginning of Spring Break Friday around here (Whoop – Whoop).
I don’t even know where to start this post so I am going to just hold my nose and dive right in. About a week ago, I had the pleasure of heading north and celebrating the 40th anniversary of Joe Powell & Associates. What an accomplishment for everyone involved, but make no mistake that my rock star friend, Steph, is a total professional at the whole party planning thing and she nailed it. Come to think of it, she wears a bazillion hats and she is an absolute pro at every single one of those hats. In all seriousness, Steph, I love you. You have given me the privilege of capturing some of the most wonderful events in your life, and especially the honor of documenting the lives of your children. I know that they are your crown jewels, and it has been a real honor to be a part of your family all of these years and more importantly it is an honor to call you my friend.
SO…I put one of my other favorite people on the spot, at the party, and asked them to grab a quick shot of Steph and I. It isn’t anything fancy, and it was after many hours of work at the event, but it was a rare time that I was thrilled to be on the other side of the lens.
