As the old saying goes, I am directionally challenged and absolutely nothing without my GPS. And on occasion, I am still nothing even with it.
A couple of weeks ago we were on our way home from the lake and even with the help of our GPS we made a wrong turned that turned out to be alright by me. The wrong way drive took us through absolutely stunning farm country, and I was able to sweet talk my chauffeur into pulling over for a quick sunset visit with the farm animals at Carlton Farms.
As it turns out, I have stumbled upon this farm in the past, and have sense made a wrong turn on purpose to go back and visit with the kind people that own this beautiful farm.
Here’s to being at the right place at the right time.

This little fella didn’t take too kindly to our visit and basically fussed us out the whole way back to the car. He was bucking his fellow pasture mates and he may appear small, but he was the Alpha without a doubt.
