John and Liz’s love story began at Purdue University, while both working for the University newspaper. He a sports writer and she a reporter of campus life.
One of the many things that they have in common is their love of Chicago. So…when we scheduled this session it had to be done in downtown. As you know, I am not in the know about all of the attractions in the city, but Liz was on it. Chicago is a fabulous city with so much to do, and so many fabulous locations to shoot. We barely scratched the surface, but it was a ton of fun and a wonderful afternoon.
John and Liz, thank you for a quick Saturday afternoon tour of downtown Chicago. You opened our eyes to some areas that we never knew existed. Thanks for your willingness to share your love and show us what real love looks like. It looks like laughter, thoughtfulness, dancing in the subway, playing in the fountain, riding home soaking wet and after all of that taking the time to surprise us with a note to say “Thank You” in our mailbox today. The “Thank You” all goes to the two of you. We had a ball and can’t wait until your December wedding.
Oh by the way, a special thanks to my assistant on Saturday. He is only 16 years old, and close to my heart. And…I couldn’t have done it without him.
