It was a great night for football and a great night to recognize our Seniors of 2009. Thanks to Robin Walis, Leisa Kowalski, and all those that put together a special night for our graduating class of 2009. However, it was another tough night for the Mustangs. You knew the York Dukes’ fans were ready with the pre-game tailgate in the “soon to be finished” parking lot at DGS. York represented by coming with a nice crowd and a loud student section. The Mustangs had a small lead at half-time, but they could not hold it in the second half. Another last minute drive came up short. The good news is that the 2001 State Championship Mustang team began that campaign 1-2. Getting fired-up for this week’s showdown with the cross-town rival Trojans should not be a problem. Let’s go get’em and see ya Friday Night!!! HIT HARD!!
