Good Morning Friends!
I hope you guys are having your morning cup of Joe and staying warm. I am giving it my best shot here in snowy Chicago, but will be getting away to SUNNY California tomorrow! Yes, that puts a big fat smile on my face.
Wanted to share a little bit of excitement going on in my little world…I recently received an amazing opportunity to be a featured photographer on Pretty Preset’s blog. There is no denying that I am a much better photographer than writer. Although it isn’t my strong suit, one of the questions that she asked really stood out and made me do some reflection on why I do this job. So just in case you are worried, I didn’t try and write up something too long and boring, but I found the answer pretty easily and here is what I said:
“I was completely drawn to photography long before I even knew that it was my REAL life calling. After taking some time to think about this question, I believe that my love for it really stems from relationships. My relationships with my clients, their relationships with each other and capturing those moments that will freeze those relationships in time forever are what keep me inspired every day. “
You all already know that you ROCK my world and mean more to me than words can say, but I thought I would just put it out there for the rest of the world to see.
