I gotta tell ya…of all the amusements parks in Orlando the one that I can not wait to get to and will be busting down the door to has a big brick oven in the back and plenty of PIZZA!
You can call it a little bizarre or even outlandish coming from a girl that currently resides in the PIZZA CAPITAL of the world, but before anything else when I thumb through the tour guide of any city that I will be visiting I check for a Mellow Mushroom. YES, it’s true…so true that we are on a first name basis. I just fondly call it Mellow!
From the very beginning, the “Magical Mystery Tour” has been my favorite pie of choice. Maybe it’s the pesto, the feta cheese, or even the portabella mushrooms, but it isn’t one of the most loved pies in America by chance.
So tonight, in Orlando, you will find me at the local Mellow, and if you think once is enough, you don’t know me very well, because I will be there again next week in Atlanta.
Truthfully, I have always believed that Mellow is happiness as expressed in pizza, and I feel like you are missing out if you’ve never given it a try. I would love for y’all to tell me about your favorite form of “mellow-happiness”, and I will even throw in a little surprise for one of you, so that you too can join in on my addiction…I mean happiness.
