Jacqulin & Scott

This wedding was absolutely exquisite. It was a weekend full of family and friends at the beautiful Barnsley Garden Resort in Adairsville. If you have never been there, I would highly recommend it. The grounds are absolutely phenomenal and the ruins all lit by candle light at night was quite a site to see. Jacqulin and Scott are a warm and loving couple that enjoys being together and doing anything outdoors. The people that surrounded them at their wedding have been their friends for their entire lives and it was a tribute to who they are as people. Because they are so highly thought of, Scott had 17 guys in his wedding party and Jacqulin had 12 girls. It was so much fun to be a part of this wedding and I know you will see from the pictures that every detail of this amazing day was just “So Jacqulin”. Thanks guys for letting me witness this special time in your life. I hope you are having fun with the Toucans.

All Grown Up…..

This is one of those families that has meant so much to my family over the last couple of years. When Debbie called to see if they could do a portrait for her in-law’s anniversary gift, I was honored to do it for them. Sometimes when our children get older we don’t take the time to do this for ourselves, but these family portraits are priceless and something that I know they will treasure for years to come. As you can see, they are so expressive and so much fun. We laughed the whole time we were doing this shoot. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of capturing this time in your life and I know you know, but we will miss you guys tremendously. Jake, Chandler can’t wait to see how far you guys go in football over the next couple of years and we certainly will be following you all the way.

Splish Splash….

This session was incredibly fun as you will all see. What neat kids. I had been told that they would be super cooperative (they have great manners), but they absolutely adore each other. They couldn’t have been any sweeter to each other. “Bubba” (Campbell) will always be such a great older brother. He was so sensitive and thoughtful. What a special bond these two share. In addition to their mom being great and allowing them to get wet in their dress clothes, we did the session at Nannie and Paw Paw’s house at Lake Lanier which was absolutely beautiful. I am not sure who had more fun me, the kids, or Nannie and Paw Paw. Thanks guys for a great evening and I hope that you enjoy the sunset.

Little Angels….

I have had the absolute joy of photographing this special family for 2 years now. Needless to say, watching them grow has been one of the highlights of my career. Little Georgia (the sweet Blondie) was born with heart problems and it is amazing to see her now so healthy and smart. She stunned me today because when I walked in to do the session she said “Tricia, where is your camera?”. It was the first time that any of them has ever said my name. Needless to say, my heart just melted. You will see from these pictures that these kids are so precious, and their parents are some of the nicest people that you will ever meet. I look forward to my trips back to Atlanta so that I can continue to watch these “Sweet Little Angels” grow up. Thanks guys for letting me capture these images of your kiddos.

Liz .&. Ryan

Liz and Ryan are a super nice couple and I enjoyed getting to know them. They had an awesome wedding day…..picture perfect weather and they spent the entire day surrounded by wonderful family and friends. This was quite a special family because Liz is one of 8 children. Her 6 brothers brought her to tears twice with two loving surprises. Once when they surprised her during the ceremony by singing a song that she really wanted played during the ceremony, but had scratched it because she thought there wasn’t going to be enough time, and again by each taking a turn to break in on the “Father/Daughter” dance to have a special time alone with her. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place including mine. Again I am reminded that these events are unique to every family and I really enjoy being a part of each one of them. I hope you enjoy just a few of the images. Be sure to check out the eyes on this flower girl. She was so easy to photograph.
